The hotel has a great location and comfortable rooms.
The hot tub was not working and the ice machine was broken. I was charged multiple times for my stay, causing a lot of frustration.

Awesome location right next to PPG Arena. Friendly staff gave us great tips about the baseball game. We walked everywhere since it was so convenient. Room had cool stuff like a fridge, flat-screen TV, and coffee maker. The fitness center and hot tub were nice too.
